Refund policy

Damaged or defective product 

If a phone case is damaged or has a manufacturing error, i-Cover offers a free reprint or a refund. You need to report the issue within 30 days of product delivery and provide photo proof.

Returns and exchanges: 

Since our products are printed on demand, returns and exchanges are only supported within 1 hour of placing your order if the wrong size, colour or design was ordered.
